"Smart materials", created in collaboration with Weissensee Kunsthochschule Berlin, Fraunhofer Institut and Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung is presenting the properties of so called smart materials (materials designed to have one or more properties that can be significantly changed in a controlled fashion by external stimuli, such as stress, temperature, moisture, pH, electric or magnetic fields) in a funny and visual ways. It has been created to educate, spread the message about new technologies and inspire scientists and designers to create new type of objects and element of our environment using these materials. The film was part of the exhibition +ultra. gestaltung schafft wissen at Martin Gropius Bau in Berlin in 2016/2017.
